Thinking About Change

'Today I woke up thinking about change. I'm unhappy with the body I have and I believe I'm able to change.'

This is the first step towards change. Is the looking yourself in the mirror and realising something can be improved. The belief. The thought that generated the idea. Everything starts with a simple thought that flow at a frequency through ether, similar to the frequency of electricity and the frequency of sound. It can be our strongest weapon because the power of the mind is infinite, the power of the mind can attract or manifest everything in life and that begins with the thought.

As thoughts can be our greatest weapon, it can also be our biggest weakness. Our thoughts can create fears which leads to the development of barriers and that's is when an idea can be delayed or can even stop leading to ideas to give up on settled goals or quitting the development of the new habit you are trying to create.

When you understand the game that you are meant to play, instead of just playing with it and going with the flow, you are more aware about the traps that life has settled for you in order to fail and you'll be more opened minded to avoid them instead of committing a mistake and take a step back. When you realise the power of the mind and how to be in charge, you'll become a powerful being and your surroundings will be attracted to you to the point they will just follow.

Always be aware, nothing can stop you unless you stop yourself!

And that's the real game,
